Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Robert L. Gorham (Bob to his clients and friends) graduated from the University of Tennessee. At the Tennessee College of Law, Bob was active in the trial advocacy program. He graduated with High Honors and was awarded the Order of the Coif for displaying excellence in legal scholarship.
Bob moved to Texas to begin his law career as an insurance defense attorney. After several years working on cases where people were significantly injured in traffic accidents, Bob relocated to Birmingham, AL and founded Gorham & Associates, LLC—a personal injury law firm.
Now, Bob devotes 100% of his practice to litigation issues relating to tractor trailer accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction injury cases, nursing home abuse, products liability, wrongful death cases, insurance fraud, and bad faith and business torts.
